Certified Training

The 100 page AWC Certified Reconditioning Process Manual contains more intense car care training than any other manual to date.

A certificate of completion will be issued to those that perform the detail to the required standards.

The AWC Certified Training Program is extensive, covering more training details than ever covered previously. It will require two full days to complete. Once the students are instructed, they will complete both a written and a hands-on test. The written test will cover the content of the manual in three separate tests. An additional day will be scheduled for the hands on portion of the test. The students will need to completely detail a vehicle using the AWC process and procedures. A certificate of completion will be issued to those that perform the detail to the required standards.

The fee for taking the extensive AWC Certified training program is only $50 per day/per attendee. This is a 2 day class.

Continuing Automotive Service Education (CASE) is a voluntary ASE certification program for training entities, such as ITW/Auto Wax, that provide continuing education to working automotive technicians. The National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) administers the program; the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) grants the certification.

NATEF was founded in 1983 as an independent, non-profit organization with a single mission:
To evaluate technician training programs against standards developed by the automotive industry and recommend qualifying programs for certification (accreditation) by ASE, the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.
NATEF also evaluates the providers of in-service technician training programs under a program called “Continuing Automotive Service Education” (CASE).

ASE’s mission is to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through testing and certification of repair and service professionals.
ASE verifies the processes, applications and training materials. The program must be in writing, follow a specific process with procedures for each separate task. Technical information, testing and professionalism are all requirements to be ASE Certified.
