PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: BC-1™ Basecoat/Clearcoat Cleaner is the first step in removing oxidation, scratches and other paint imperfections from clearcoat and conventional paint finishes. May be applied by hand, orbital buffer, or variable speed polisher. Works well with wool or foam cutting pads.

DIRECTIONS: Shake well. For hand application, use a wax applicator in overlapping, circular motions. Allow to haze, then remove with a soft, terry towel. For machine application, apply to a small area and buff to desired shine. Remove excess with a soft, terry towel.

SURFACE APPLICATIONS: For use on all types of clearcoat, acrylic, enamel, lacquer, and single stage paints.

RECOMMENDED USE: BC-1 will polish oxidized paint, scratches, and compounded surfaces. Use 1400-2400 rpms with wool pads and 1200-1400 rpms with foam cutting pads.

FOLLOW-UP PRODUCTS:
After polishing the painted surface with BC-1™, follow-up with #78 BC-2™, #22 Wet Wax®, #15 Paste Wax, or #79 Awesome Gloss.

HELPFUL TIPS: Apply enough product between the pad and the paint to keep it "wet" while buffing. Mist #49-Body Shine® on the painted surface to increase shine and reduce swirls while buffing. This also aids in quick and easy clean-up.
