In 1997 Isuzu and Auto Wax Company teamed
up to produce the Isuzu Surface Contamination Repair Process. More
recently, Isuzu and AWC wrote a complete training manual based on
Auto Magic's 6 Stages of Reconditioning Training process. This
process is currently used throughout the United States.
The 2004 Isuzu Reconditioning Manual
is a complete car care training process targeted for used Isuzu vehicles
and currently being used in dealerships across the U.S. Isuzu Motors
America. Inc. worked in conjunction with Auto Wax Company, Inc. to study
the detail process and identify areas of labor inefficiencies,
misapplication of and/or excess use of materials and techniques that
result in poor or damaged finish. Isuzu recommends Auto Magic® and Clay
Magic® products exclusively throughout the manual.
